It's Tuesday. Where's this week's content?

Monday you had a plan. A good one, actually.

It's Tuesday now and the plan has quietly left the building. There's a camera roll with three hundred photos of finished work in it and not one caption written for any of them. There's a folder of saved posts you haven't opened since March. There's a course you got four modules into.

And there's a blank box, waiting, the same one as last week.

That's not a discipline problem. You run a business that makes physical things — you're not short on discipline. It's a missing system, and it costs you a morning a week, every week, quietly.

By Thursday you'll have a caption engine

Noa course about caption engines. One, built by you, working, wrting in your voice.

It's a Claude skill — which sounds technical and isn't. It's a document of instructions that Claude reads before it writes anything for you. Your voice, your pillars, your rules, loaded automatically, every time. The brief you'd hand a very good freelancer on their first day, except this one never forgets it.

You build it in twenty-minute blocks over seven days. By Day 4 it's running. Days 5 to 7 make it better and show you the method underneath, which turns out to work on almost everything else you currently do from scratch every time.

You finish the week with six things:

A Content Snapshot — the decisions your content has been missing.

A Voice File — how you actually sound, written down, reusable on everything.

A Caption Engine — a working Claude skill, built by you.

Engine V2 — the tuned version, after you break the first one on purpose.

A Systems Hit List — the next three systems worth building, ranked.

Your Engine Card — a printable one-page record of what you built.

The Seven Days

Use this space to add more details about your site, a customer quote, or to talk about important news.

Day 1

Stop collecting. Start choosing.

Five decisions, two sentences each. The fuel.

Day 2

Your voice, on file.

Claude interviews you. You cut what isn't you.

Day 3

Write the brief once.

Fill in the skill template. No code, no blank page.

Day 4

Switch it on.

Install, run, post. The engine is live.

Day 5

The Tune-Up Clinic.

Break it on purpose. Fix it. Version it.

Day 6

One method, every system.

The week wasn't about captions. Build your hit list.

Day 7

Tuesdays back. Keep them.

The weekly ritual, and the card that says you did it.

One email a day, 6am. Twenty minutes each. Not twenty minutes of reading — twenty minutes of doing.

This is not for you if...

Use this Genuinely.

Read this bit properly, it'll save us both some admin.

  • You want captions written for you. This builds a machine that writes them. If you want done-for-you, that's a different product and I'd rather tell you now.

  • You won't use Claude. The whole build happens there and it needs a paid plan. More on that below.

  • You haven't decided who you're talking to. Day 1 forces the decision, but it can't make it for you. If you don't know what you sell or who buys it, this will feel like being asked questions you don't want.

  • You want the twenty minutes to be optional. Seven blocks, seven days. Miss three and you've got a half-built engine and a bad feeling. The people who finish are the ones who booked the time before Day 1.

  • You're looking for something to watch. There are no videos. It's written, because you can't follow a video with one hand while typing with the other.space to add more details about your site, a customer quote, or to talk about important news.

What you need before you start

Feature name

A paid Claude plan — Pro or above, around A$30 a month.

This is separate from the price of the challenge and it is not optional. The free plan runs out mid-build and you'll think the method failed when it was the plan.

I'd rather lose the sale than have you find that out on Wednesday. If you're not on a paid plan and don't want to be, this isn't the one.

Tuesdays Back Challenge

One payment. Yours permanently, including every future version.

Ten emails, three documents — the Build Guide, Templates & Prompts, and the Tune-Up Clinic — plus the printable Engine Card.

It starts the moment you buy. No cohort, no waiting for a Monday, no live calls to be free for.

$39

The Guarantee

Complete all seven days and send the debrief — three questions, five minutes, it's in your Templates document.

If you don't have a working caption engine at the end of it, reply and say so and I'll refund you in full. No argument, no evidence needed beyond the debrief.

The debrief is the only condition. It's also the thing I most want from you, so it isn't a hoop. this space to add more details about your site, a customer quote, or to talk about important news.

Questions people actually ask.

I've tried AI for captions and it sounded like a robot. Why is this different?

Because you gave it words and never gave it rules. Day 2 is a voice file — your phrases, your rhythm, your banned words. That one document is the difference between output you post and output you delete. It's also the part most people skip, which is why most people's AI sounds like a candle description.

Will this work for my kind of making?

If you make things and sell them, yes. The engine is built from your Snapshot and your voice file, so it comes out shaped like your business, not like mine. Jewellery, ceramics, textiles, prints, furniture, food — the method doesn't care what you make.

Do I need to be technical?

If you can attach a file to an email you can do every step. There are two install paths and the second one is three minutes of copy-paste. Nothing here is code.

How long does it actually take?

Twenty minutes a day for seven days. Day 4 might run to thirty if you enjoy yourself.

Is this the same as your other products?

FNo. This builds one system by hand so you understand how it works. The Maker's AI Content Engine is the full content operation, already built. You'll hear about it on Day 8 and not before. to add more details about your site, a customer quote, or to talk about important news.

What if I fall behind?

Nothing expires. The emails keep arriving on schedule and the documents don't go anywhere. Plenty of people do Days 1 and 2 on a Saturday and catch up. The only thing that breaks is if you never start.

One More Thing

The engine isn't the point. It's useful, and you'll use it every week — but the point is that by Day 6 you'll realise you learnt a method, not a trick.

Snapshot, Voice, Instructions, Test. Four steps that build the caption engine, and then the listing descriptions, and the reply to "do you make this in another colour", and the wholesale enquiry response, and every other repeatable, wordy thing currently eating your Tuesday.

A tool does one job. A method prints tools.
